How long will my treatment take?

This depends on several factors, including the complexity of your condition, how long you’ve had it, how much time, energy and attention you’re willing to devote to treatment, and how well you respond to treatment. In general, health programs for chronic illnesses last between six and twelve months, but most patients start seeing improvement within the first month. Patients may elect to continue with a maintenance program after their initial treatment plan is finished.

Does Holistically Healthy practitioners prescribe medications?

No. Holistically Healthy do not prescribe, refill or make recommendations about prescription medications or controlled substances. Your prescribing medical doctor will manage all medications. We use natural, noninvasive methods such as nutritional therapy, herbs, supplements, stress management techniques and lifestyle changes to address the underlying causes of disease and promote optimal function and health.

How much could this treatment option cost?

Your health is an investment, not an expense. Holistic health and wellness is not just for the wealthy, but for those that choose to be the best version of them self. We want to take on clients we believe are committed to improve their overall health. The application process would start with filling out our brief Discovery form and then setting up an initial free Discovery phone call evaluation. Overall cost depends on several factors, including the complexity of your condition, the extent of lab testing required, the combination of natural medicines and other therapies needed, and the number of virtual or office visits you receive. We offer 3, 6, and 12 session packages and payment plans are available for those that qualify.

Do I have to come into your office for an appointment?

No. Our clients consult with us via telephone, videoconferencing, or in office.

Do I have to live locally to use your services?

No, regardless of where you are in the world, our services are available via, telephone and videoconferencing. Please note that supplements are limited to USA shipping addresses only, but international equivalents can be recommended on a case by case basis. Essential oils and CBD oils are available to be shipped to some international locations. Please see affiliate sites for details. Advanced laboratory testing is not available outside of the USA.

Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?

No, we do not offer evening and weekend office appointment for new patients. However, for established clients we will accommodate evening and weekend schedules via telephone or video conference appointments

What if I experience technical difficulties during my videoconference call?

To be considerate of your time reserved for the appointment, if technical difficulties are not quickly resolved the appointment will continue over the phone unless you request to reschedule and wait until another time when the videoconference can take place without technical difficulties (no additional charges will be incurred).

Do you accept insurance for your services?

No, please see our billing and no insurance policy.

These programs are considered above the standard of care and therefore elective by insurance companies, We do everything we can to make sure our holistic health programs are affordable, and available to everyone! Our typical clients are working class, normal people who want to get and stay healthy.

When are payments for services due?

All appointments, whether in-office or virtually, require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance of the fees will be collected at time of visit. Please refer to our Billing policy for details.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment at any time up to 48 hrs. prior to existing scheduled time and reschedule it for another time that is more convenient for you without incurring any additional fees. All cancellations made less than 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee unless rescheduled. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

Is there a refund on appointments?

There is no refund for services provided.

Is there an expiration date on my appointments from when I purchase the package?

Yes. Jump Start expires 3 months after purchase; Signature plan expires 6 months after purchase, and Concierge plan expires 12 months after purchase.

Is there a cutoff date to purchase a package?

Yes, to receive the wellness package price, it must be paid in full the day of first appointment. Payment plan may be available for those that qualify.
